Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Suffolk, £50,000+ (DOE) – JOB REF:5929.

The Opportunity
• Become part of an established and highly regarded Real Estate team, recognised for providing commercially focused advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handle a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property transactions, acting for investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers.
• Advise on a broad range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, commercial leases and property portfolio management.
• Take responsibility for your own matters, delivering practical, commercially sound advice while ensuring an excellent level of client service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on wider commercial and cross-departmental projects.
• Play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the Real Estate team.
What We're Looking For
• You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE and a solid grounding in commercial property law. You'll have the technical ability to manage a varied caseload, coupled with a commercially minded approach and the confidence to build lasting relationships with clients.
• You'll also be proactive, motivated and keen to develop your career within a supportive team where your contribution is valued.
