JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: 3-6         
LOCATION: Leeds                 
SALARY: Up to £85,000 (DOE)                     

THE ROLE:
You will join an established commercial property team, working alongside the lead Development Partner on a range of residential, commercial and mixed use development matters. The role will involve handling high quality and potentially high value development transactions, with exposure to planning and statutory agreements. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build relationships with key clients and play an active part in the continued growth of the development practice.
Business development will also be an important aspect of the role, with the opportunity to build your professional network through industry events and relationships with existing and prospective clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have approximately 3-6 years' PQE in commercial property, with experience in property development work. You will ideally have experience across residential, commercial and mixed use developments, be comfortable handling high value transactions and have some knowledge of planning and statutory agreements.
You should also be commercially minded and confident developing client relationships. An existing network of contacts would be advantageous, although candidates with the ambition and willingness to build one will also be considered.
