Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

A highly ranked, legal 500 law firm based in Kent is looking to hire a Coporate and Commercial solicitor to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will work on the below types of work:

Key types of corporate work: M&A and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, share buybacks, demergers, group reorganisations, management buy-outs / buy- ins, share option schemes, EOTs, succession and exit planning, banking and finance transactions, and general corporate advisory work.

Key types of commercial work: agency agreements, distribution and supply agreements, franchise agreements, terms and conditions of business, collaboration agreements, procurement and outsourcing, service level agreements, software licensing, web-hosting, cloud agreements, software development, intellectual property protection and exploitation, E- commerce, manufacturing agreements, data protection knowledge etc. Also providing corporate support for commercial/IP/IT/Data warranties and due diligence process on M&A transactions.

The team is well respected within the industry and has the following excellent rankings:

• Band 2 in Chambers Corporate/M&A: Lower Mid-Market for the South
• Band 2 in Legal 500 Corporate & Commercial: Kent, Surrey & Sussex.
