One of the UK's leading commercial law firms has a rare and exciting opportunity within its brand new office in Manchester City Centre for an experienced and passionate Family Law Partner to join a dynamic and award winning Family Law team.
This is a rare opportunity for a Family Law Partner or Senior Associate looking to take the next step in their legal career to Partner level, to work within an established Family Law team dealing with private Family Law matters. The department overall deals with a variety of Family matters including child arrangements and complex contested children matters, divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, matrimonial finance matters, domestic violence and abuse, non-molestation orders, international children matters etc.
You will have a solid background in Family Law, ideally privately funded matters. You'll be instrumental in the ongoing development of the Family team in Manchester and working closely with developing a Family presence across other offices UK wide. You'll work closely with the Head of Family based in the Manchester office, managing your own small caseload of high-quality and high-net-worth Family Law matters, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the department and supporting the wider team and more junior Fee Earners.
