We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Your key responsibilities will be to support the ensure legal and regulatory compliance in key areas, ensure legal contracts are aligned with company policies and procedures, mentor and support junior team members, whilst managing internal clients with diverse skills and varying backgrounds.
You will be a c. 6+ years' PQE solicitor, ideally with commercial contracts experience gained at a leading regional, national or international law firm, or equivalent in-house department. Proven experience of strong drafting and negotiation skills, and an ability to work on a sizeable caseload with requisite organisational skills is essential.
