Agricultural Solicitor
A qualified Agricultural Solicitor is required to work within an established property team, based in Salisbury, dealing with all aspects of Agricultural property matters.
The Firm
A Legal 500 private practice advising on excellent high value quality property work and acting for clients providing legal expertise relating to property finance, development, planning, transactions and joint venture.
The Role
The successful Agricultural Solicitor will be required to work as part of a team dealing with a diverse high quality case load involving rural properties and agri-businesses with change of use, sporting rights, development, commercial projects, joint ventures as well as sales and purchases.
The Candidate
The successful Agricultural Solicitor will have a solid background in Agricultural and /or Commercial Property law including multi million pound value property/businesses. Commercially very astute with excellent communication skills.
