Interesting new Private Client NQ Solicitor role for leading Regional firm in Cheltenham. You will be joining a friendly close-knit team, advising both broad client based including some HNWI. You will be dealing with and advising on a varied caseload of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, the setting up and administration of trusts, Court of Protection, and the administration of estates (both with and without a Will). This is a great role if you have enjoyed private client experience as a paralegal or during your training contract and would like to specialise in Private Client or have qualified and are keen to take a step up and join a leading Regional firm.
