Senior Private Client Lawyer - Essex - JW14386
We are working with a highly reputable private practice based in the heart of Essex, with excellent commuter links from the surrounding areas. Our client have invested heavily in technology and recently implemented a state-of-the-art case management system which will revolutionise how they deliver their work, this is truly an exciting time to be joining this firm.
You will be the senior lawyer within the private client department, overseeing a team of fee earners and support staff. You should be used to managing your own full caseload of matters to include: Wills, Trusts, Probate & Estate management, Lasting powers of attorney and Inheritance tax. The right candidate will proactively develop networking leads and use marketing skills to generate new business and continue to build upon the excellent reputation of the department.
You should be 5+ PQE, however if you meet the above requirements you are encouraged to apply. Full time and Part time considered.
