Corporate/Commercial Solicitor.
A fabulous opportunity has a risen for a recently qualified Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a leading Corporate/Commercial team in Buckinghamshire.
The Firm
A very well respected and long established legal practice with a strong reputation and employing over 50 staff providing legal services to the Thames Valley and West London areas.The Corporate team work with regional, national and international clients.
The Role
The successful Corporate/Commercial Solicitor will be responsible for managing a case load involving a wide spectrum of matters to include commercial contracts, transactional corporate matters, such as joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and constitutional and shareholder issues. There will be support and guidance provided by senior lawyers in the Corporate/Commercial team with an opportunity to be part of a team on larger projects whilst maintaining autonomy on smaller cases.
The Candidate
A qualified Corporate/Commercial will have at least 3 years PQE gained within a City or regional law firm. The candidate will also hold excellent academics and have a commercial mind, ambition to progress and the motivation to take a lead on projects when required.
