This rapidly expanding, highly successful professional services group, based in London is seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor to head up its legal team. The main focus is to provide legal services to small and medium business throughout the UK. The work involves mainly corporate and commercial, M & A's, contracts etc. and some employment and GDPR matters.
You will be responsible for leading the team, overseeing day to day operations, new business development whilst maintaining your own case work.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of M & A work and general Company and Commercial matters, along with ambition and enthusiasm to drive the legal team forward.
