Company Commercial Solicitor
As part of important succession planning a Company Commercial Solicitor, with at least 4 years PQE, role has risen at a law firm in Oxford to work on a full time basis.

The Role
The Company Commercial department require an enthusiastic, commercially sharp and talented solicitor to join their team dealing with exciting and good quality work from local, regional and national clients across sectors in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution. Based in Oxford this role is commutable from Abingdon, Witney, Banbury, Bicester, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Thame and Didcot. Salary dependent upon experience.
The Candidate
The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will possess a minimum 4 years PQE and experience of managing a case load involving the provision of commercial governance, business agreements, contracts, company sales & purchases, mergers, joint ventures, distribution and franchise agreements, company formation and financing. Ideally, the successful Solicitor will have worked in a London or regional private practice.
