Leading West Midlands firm has a new opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy department. Based in either their Staffordshire or West Midlands office, you day to day responsibilities will include running a caseload as follows:
- Preparation of Wills
- Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
You will also be involved in marketing and business development and must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in this.
