A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join the consumer and civil litigation team of a highly reputable Greater Manchester firm.
Our client has a large litigation team dealing with anything from civil litigation to commercial and property disputes on behalf of both companies and individuals. An opportunity has now arisen for a strong solicitor to join their civil and consumer disputes team.
The role would involve dealing with a range of disputes, predominately on behalf of consumers but also companies. Matters would include those such as misrepresentation, consumer rights, finance litigation and construction.
The role requires someone with good experience in the above areas who can hit the ground running with a caseload, likely around the 5 plus PQE.
