A fantastic opportunity to join a leading National practice within insurance law to specialise in professional indemnity claims on a permanent basis at offices in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Our client's specialist indemnity team acts on behalf of insurers in a range of claims against a broad range of professionals such as engineers, solicitors, accountants, brokers, financial advisors, surveyors and even vets.
As a Professional Indemnity solicitor you will be dealing with a wide range of litigated and pre-litigated claims as well as defending professional in disciplinary proceedings before their professional bodies. You will also as necessary advice on policy coverage. It is a varied and exciting role.
Our client is open to applications from a range of PQE (and equivalent) levels. Strong litigation experience is a necessity. Experience within professional indemnity or acting on behalf of insurers is a bonus but not essential as training can be provided.
