Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor, 2 years + PQE, Berkshire

We are seeking to recruit a talented corporate Senior Associate/Associate/Solicitor to join our busy and growing corporate team in our Thames Valley Office The has already grown to over 40 people, with a corporate team of 8 so far. The successful candidate will have solid corporate experience and a high level of technical ability. The role will involve working on a broad range of matters including share sale transactions (acting for sellers and buyers) and on business and asset transactions.

Key Skills:

Our successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE and be a very personable, bright and confident individual. Having spent the early years of their career learning their craft, the successful candidate will be capable of producing an excellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team. Our ideal candidate will also enjoy marketing and business development activities. He/she will be a robust individual and will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level. He/she will also demonstrate the following attributes:

• excellent commercial acumen

• good face to face and documentary negotiation skills

• ability and willingness to learn

• attention to detail

• organised with time and documents

• good IT skills

• discretion and professionalism
