The firm is looking for an ambitious NQ Solicitor join their top tier award winning corporate team in Milton Keynes handling cross border corporate work.
The Role:
* Working across a wide variety of sectors including real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT
* As a corporate associate you will work alongside the members of the other Milton-Keynes teams and also with colleagues in London and throughout the firm globally
* Handling and collaborating on a range of specialisms including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Banking and Finance
- Private Equity
The Candidate:
* Newly Qualified Solicitor
* Undertaken a seat in corporate
* Good academics
* Trained with a reputable firm
