A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable, award winning, full service Law Firm in the North of Essex.
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained in Private Practice.
This role involves acting for a wide variety of clients including property investors and developers, landowners and banks.
Requirements of the role:
Competence in handling Commercial Property matters.
Expertise dealing with property development including options and promotion agreements.
The ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to tight deadlines and be very self-motivated.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care.
Excellent communications skills.
