An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified to 3 year PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join a very busy department. You will be joining an established high street practice steeped in over 200 years of history in the Bedfordshire area.
This position has become available as a solicitor moves in-house. The firm continues to enjoy substantial growth and will see you working closely with two Partners dealing a mixed caseload of property matters, including negotiation of contracts, leases, lease renewals, dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters.
This is a client facing role where you will be dealing with SMEs, and individual clients. The successful applicant will be looking to take the next step in their career where they will be responsible for their own commercial property caseload with minimal supervision, but will benefit from being able to draw on the experience of the Partners. The role is supported with an experienced secretary and case management system.
