Wills Trusts & Probate Lawyer (Brighton)

Central Brighton solicitors practice seeks Private Client lawyer on a part-time basis, some home working is also on offer. You will be joining small team of solicitors/lawyers acting for Sussex based individuals (some HNW) dealing with Probate & Estate matters, Wills, LPAs, Tax issues and Court of Protection matters. Some experience with Trusts would be an advantage. This role is available on a part time basis with days/hours TBC.

Candidates must be confident running their own caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate & Estate matters

This role is available on either a full or part time basis - hours/days TBC. There will also be the option to "Work From Home"
