Immigration Solicitor - Bedfordshire - JW14418
Our client is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their traditional high street practice located in the heart of the town centre and within walking distance to bus stop/train station and with free parking adjacent to the office. They are looking to expand as their client base is continually growing so now is a perfect time to join this reputable Lexcel accredited private practice.
The successful candidate will undertake an excellent quality of work in both Business and Private Immigration, including:
* Visa (Business, Work, Student, Family, Visitors)
* Sponsor Licence Applications
* Advice on migrant employees
* Settlement in the UK/Indefinite Leave to Remain
* Extension applications
* British Citizenship
* Human Rights & Asylum
* Deportation & Removals
* Subject Access Requests and EEA Applications
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE (although all applicants are encouraged to apply), you will have experience of handling your own caseload and effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies.
