The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You'll be experienced in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, debt and equity fundraisings, management buyouts and business sales.
The role will offer a split between remote working from home and office based.
Your role as a Corporate Associate/Solicitor will involve:
