Corporate Solicitor
A Southampton law firm has a requirement for a recently qualified Corporate Solicitor to join their busy Corporate department.
The Firm
A private practice law firm employing many highly experienced lawyers. The Corporate team is partner led and employ solicitors with regional or national firm backgrounds carrying out all aspects of corporate transactions, often very good quality work.
The Role
The Corporate Solicitor will be responsible for supporting Corporate solicitors on all aspects of Corporate transactions as well as managing your own files. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to very good quality work involving sales, purchases, mergers, acquisitions and management buyout/in.
The Candidate
A qualified Corporate Solicitor with 2 to 5 years post qualification experience gained in a regional, recognised or City private practice. The successful Corporate Solicitor will be ambitious , highly motivated and keen to develop a career within a forward thinking legal business.
Salary dependent upon experience.
