A leading defendant insurance law firm based in Manchester are looking to bolster their complex fraud department with an additional Insurance Fraud Solicitor.
You'll be joining a well-established fraud department where you'll handle a range of matters including fraudulent or exaggerated insurance claims, fraud rings, credit hire fraud, staged accidents, phantom passengers and claims farming. The work is highly varied from a £3,000 whiplash injury to £200,000 hire claims.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with a background in insurance litigation to widen your skill set and gain exposure to other areas of counter fraud and the chance to expand your technical knowledge.
You will ideally be a qualified Insurance Fraud Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE, used to handling a range of RTA and Credit Hire fraud cases. Alternatively, those with strong personal injury/credit hire experience gained within a defendant insurance firm will also be considered.
