An award-winning Legal 500 law firm with sites in Bishop's Stortford and London is looking to hire a commercial property/plot sales fee earner for its established and successful team.
The ideal candidate will have experience that has included conveyancing with a focus on new build homes and plot sales, where you will have worked for major developers. You will be working closely with clients and selling agents, managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold plot sales with a responsibility to supervise the plot sales team and aid in the support and supervision of junior members. The ideal candidate can be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, and the firm is expanding and bringing the exciting chance to add to its commercial property team in Bishop's Stortford. This senior role offers a competitive regional salary, an annual bonus scheme and a contributory pension.
