You will be dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters across a variety of sectors, including acquisitions, disposals, property development and property finance. The team's work includes high profile projects, often in excess of £100 million in value.
Ideally, you'll be a newly or recently qualified solicitor with a seat in commercial property from either another Legal 100 firm or perhaps a niche practice which specialises in the sector. This should be combined with good academics and the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
