A leading Legal 500 firm is looking to find a Court of Protection Solicitor for its expanding and highly regarded team in St Albans.
You will ideally be a private client solicitor with 2 years PQE+ and strong exposure to Court of Protection and PI Trust work. The firm is seeking a specialist to sit within one of the firm's biggest and busiest teams, advising on a mixed caseload specifically within the elderly client sector as well as cerebral palsy/brain damaged clients, where you will be managing their life time account in line with their requirements.
