Residential Conveyancing Associate
The firm/team:
- A unique opportunity has arisen for a London based residential conveyancing associate to join a UK top 100 national firm who have vast experience working on high value and complex transactions
- The successful residential conveyancing associate can look forward to servicing a wide range of clients in a friendly and supportive team
The role:
- The London based team deals with high value residential conveyancing and there will therefore be opportunity to develop your skills in various areas of residential conveyancing
- Advise high net worth individuals, developers and ground rent investors on all aspects of their residential conveyancing needs
- Advise leaseholders on large collective enfranchisement claims as well as advise insurers on the defence of negligence claims made against conveyancing firms
- Advise Universities on aspects of residential conveyancing
About you:
- Applications are sought from an England and Wales qualified solicitor, NQ-3PQE
- The role will suit a personable individual who wants to specialise in residential property and is committed to providing an outstanding bespoke service to clients
- The successful London based residential conveyancing associate will be flexible and confident enough to take responsibility for advising clients and contacts of the firm
Salary and Benefits:
This residential conveyancing associate will be rewarded with:
- A competitive salary in the region of £65,000 - £80,000
