A national law firm with offices across the UK have a requirement for a Senior Regulatory Solicitor to join their Professional Discipline team in Birmingham.

The Role
The Senior Regulatory Solicitor will manage an investigatory case load where its alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding and the cases cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through inappropriate sexualised behaviour.
The Candidate
A qualified Senior Regulatory Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in the field of regulation and professional discipline is strongly preferred, although not essential. Self motivated, commercially minded and
