We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- Support with corporate transactions involving funding rounds, acquisitions and exit opportunities
- Managing corporate matters and regulatory compliance particularly in relation to ESG matters
- Acting as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders particularly supporting with the end-to-end process relating to commercial agreements
- Support with identifying legal risks across the business
- C. 2-5 years' PQE
- Training and experience at a well-regarded City law firm or in-house team
- Experience in corporate transactional work or ECM is a must
- Experience of commercial contract matters, IP, IT and Data Protection will be helpful to have, but can be developed in role
- Strong relationship building and initiative to take on projects
- The ability to thrive in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment
