Residential Conveyancer required to join this highly regarded CQS, Lexcel accredited Private Practice.
This excellent opportunity has become available due to succession planning and a restructure within the firm. The role will see you working alongside the Conveyancing Partner and a further two fee earners and support staff.
You will be used to handling a broad range of residential property transactions to include sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold work and working on a case management system. Ideally, you will also be used to working with high net worth clients. This is a hands on role where you will enjoy building relationships with lenders and agents in ensuring the smooth running of a domestic conveyancing caseload.
