Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to join an established in-house legal team. The purpose of the role is to support the GC and Senior Partners within the firm on a range of commercial contracts and to be considered you will demonstrate a passion and experience of IP, GDPR, data protection and compliance. This clients are household names and a variety of FTSE100/350 companies. This position will give you kudos and visibility within the firm, you will build internal relationships and be the 'go-to' person for a variety of complex commercial matters, including:
- Lead and advise on contract negotiations
- Legal framework and associated risks advice
- Review, draft and advise on contractual documentation
- NDA experience with technical strong in data protection and IP law
We are seeking someone at 8-12 years PQE in Commercial/Contract Law, ideally with people management experience, including development and supervision.
