This reputed and well respected law firm is looking to build up their already strong litigation offering in Taunton. They now seek an additional contentious probate solicitor or legal executive.
You will be a reputed contentious probate figure, with up to 5 years' PQE handling disputed wills and probate matters. You will run your own caseload with minimal supervision and therefore relevant experience is needed. A wider understanding of private client law would be an advantage, but not essential.
Perhaps your experience is more general litigation to include contentious probate and you'd like to specialise purely in this practice area? If so, please do get in touch.
You will be supported by an accomplished partner and will work closely with other departments to cross-refer work and further enhance the departments reputation and reach.
