A highly regarded Berkshire Law firm is looking for a Senior Family Solicitor, 5+ years PQE with experience handling privately funded divorce, AR and Private Children matters to join its respected Family team.
This department has an excellent reputation in the region and a strong local client base, the practice is looking to add an additional Family Solicitor to its very experienced team.
The work is broad with the fee-earners advising on a range of family matters such as complex financial issues, children and care matters; domestic abuse; pre- and post-nuptial agreements; separation and property issues for cohabiting couples.
It may be beneficial, but by no means essential, if you are an accredited Family or Resolution panel member and have a good billings track record.
