Insolvency Solicitor
An experienced Insolvency Solicitor is required to join an Insolvency team in a Hampshire law firm based at theirPortsmouth office.

The Role
The Insolvency Solicitor will be responsible for a case load of Insolvency files involving contentious and non contentious work, restructuring, administrations, CVA's and business rescues.
The Candidate
The successful insolvency lawyer will have previous insolvency, ideally with some experience of contentious insolvency matters. A good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is also essential. The Insolvency Solicitor role will be best suited to applicants with outstanding organisational and time management abilities and a genuine ability to support an insolvency team. In addition to the above, the Insolvency Solicitor will have a strong academic and legal background with at least 4 years PQE..
Salary dependent upon experience.
