Excellent new opportunity for an NQ real estate lawyer to join this leading firm based in Cambridge.
Our client has an excellent reputation for real estate work and is home to a successful commercial real estate team team rightly judged as one of the best in the East of England market.
Led by two likeable and engaging partners, the team's expertise is broad ranging, covering all facets of property development, strategic land work, landlord & tenant, lease work, energy property work, corporate support and major commercial acquisitions and disposals.
Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint a talented NQ solicitor to join the team. Working on behalf of clients including developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with property interests spanning a range of sectors including energy, life sciences, technology and retail, you'll be responsible for advising on a mix of high quality real estate matters appropriate to your level of experience.
An excellent opportunity offering a challenging mix of work from day one, this role would suit a 2021 qualifier with at least one commercial real estate seat gained with another recognised firm or a qualified solicitor with up to c2-5-3 years PQE as a commercial real estate lawyer.
