A law firm with established roots in the Home Counties require a residential property solicitor to join their property team in Woking, Surrey.

The Role
This Residential Conveyancer position requires a conveyancer who has experienced in dealing with all residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold, remortgaging, property ownership and titles issues.
The Candidate
A Residential Conveyancer who may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with 4+ years PQE is required by a Legal 500 law firm in Surrey. This highly regarded law firm has offices across the south east with this Residential Conveyancer position being based in one of their Surrey offices. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential for this Residential Conveyancer position as you will be working in a small residential conveyancing team.
