Corporate Solicitor
This full service, top 100 UK law firm seek to recruit a Solicitor to join their reputable corporate team in East Anglia. There are openings in Norwich and Cambridge.
Role:
* Their corporate department is 'Top Ranked' Chambers UK and 'Top Tier' Legal 500.
*Within this role you will work across a range of transactional matters including those which are complex and involving multiple-stakeholders and jurisdictions.
*The team consists of 40 corporate lawyers with a range of experience and depth of resource to support and advise businesses on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, start-ups and new ventures, re-organisations, and private equity and venture capital fund-raisings.
*Their clients include entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital funds and financial institutions, owner-managed and privately owned businesses, and UK and international public companies.
Requirements:
*NQ corporate solicitor
* Training/experience gained at a firm known for its corporate work
* You will be looking to get involved in business development and marketing initiatives.
