Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required to join a leading Southampton based law firm in an opportunity to develop your career in a recognised team.

My client is a leading Legal 500 law firm based in Hampshire with a great reputation and a proven track record for success. They are looking to continue to grow their successful Commercial Litigation team in this key placement.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as general contractual, commercial and agency disputes, professional negligence cases, IP disputes and contentious probate disputes. Business development is also a requirement for this role.

Your role as a NQ-2 years Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:

• A clear career path from the outset
• Acting for a variety of high-net-worth clients including businesses, organisations and individuals
• Being active in business development, gaining new clients and growing your own caseload
