LOCUM PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (EARLY START)

Position: Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor * Location: West London * Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office * Duration: Minimum 12 months with opportunity to extend * Start date: Early December * Rate: £355 to £415 per day, depending on experience * Running an estate administration caseload, including grants of probate and asset distribution * Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney * Preparing inheritance tax and estate accounts * Supporting clients and families through bereavement and complex estates
