The Role: Litigation Solicitor.
Managing a varied caseload of predominantly civil litigation matters.
Handling a significant volume of property disputes, acting for investors and developers nationwide.
Dealing with debt recovery and collection matters.
Advising clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
Undertaking some light commercial litigation where required.
Handling professional negligence claims would be advantageous.
Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong billing performance.
Working collaboratively with the existing team and contributing to the growth of the department.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 4 years' PQE in dispute resolution, with strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload within a pressurised environment.
Please note the department does not deal with personal injury, medical negligence or contested probate matters.
