Family Solicitor (Private) 3+ PQE

Our client is one of the largest and most successful regional law firms in the South East providing a high quality service to both individuals and businesses.
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Family Solicitor to join their successful and thriving team on a permanent basis with some remote working available.
You will be 3+ years PQE with experience of managing a private family caseload from cradle to grave including the following duties and responsibilities:
* Provide high quality legal advice on family matters
* Ability to assist with marketing events
* Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone in a professional and efficient manner
* Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain own diary
* Assisting in managing the team to achieve the departments strategic plan and targets
* Achieve annual fee earning target
* Record 5 chargeable hours / day
The candidate:
* The desire to expand your knowledge, experience and skills (with training, direction and supervision)
* Effective time management and excellent organisational skills
* Flexible, adaptable and positive attitude to work
* Ability to identify priorities within a complex and demanding workload
* Perform well under pressure
The salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience with some remote working available.
