Chadwick Nott have just received new instruction on a claimant clinical negligence role for a leading firm, with a strong name for personal injury and clinical negligence. Our client is looking for an experienced clinical negligence lawyer c2 year pqe + to join their team on an initially temporary basis. You will be dealing with a challenging and rewarding casework, working on a caseload of clinical negligence, multi-track claims, with many of the claims involving specific mesh surgery. This is high profile work which has attracted significant media interest and is an interesting and developing area of law.
This is a 12 month FTC for an experienced clinical negligence lawyer operating as a Court Grade B with experience of running a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload.
