Residential Property Solicitor (New Build)
Winchester
5 + PQE
Our client is one of the fastest growing independent law firms in the country acting for many international and national household brand names and a variety of individual clients throughout the UK. Our client is now looking for a an ambitious lawyer to join their highly regarded New Build Property Team based in their Winchester office.
You will have over 5 years experience in all new-build conveyancing aspects and processes, including Help to Buy funding. Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy and time-critical conveyancing department and managing a caseload with minimal supervision, as well as previous experience of handling plot purchases.
The role involves working closely with colleagues from across the Firm as well as a variety of professionals in other organisations. You will therefore have the ability to adopt a creative, pragmatic and commercial approach.
