My client is an established Legal 500 law firm based in the Southampton area. The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join in this critical hire at Associate+ level.
You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (8+ years PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Supervision experience is desirable also.
You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
