Private Client Solicitor 3+ PQE

Our client is one of the largest and most successful regional law firms in the South East providing a high quality service to both individuals and businesses.
Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their successful and thriving team on a permanent basis with some remote working available.
You will be 3+ years PQE with experience of handling your own caseload of Private Client matters including Tax and Trusts, will drafting, Deeds of Retirements, completion of trusts tax returns, drafting trust accounts, feeds of appointment and trustees and guardian matters.
You will have excellent experience and knowledge of wills and LPA's, personal taxed including inheritance and income tax, court of protection matters, contentious private client work and previous experience working with farming clients or business clients is essential.
The salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience with some remote working available.
