A corporate boutique in Edinburgh city centre has a great opportunity for a qualified corporate senior solicitor/associate to join it's highly regarded team (consideration will also be given to those with more PQE).
The Corporate team has expertise in corporate M&A, investment work, funds, commercial contracts, and has acted for start ups, PLCs and very high-net-worth individuals. The firm can offer exposure to some of the most interesting corporate finance work available.
This is a truly unique opportunity to join a genuinely friendly and close-knit team, whilst also gaining exposure to excellent quality work.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent exposure to a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and exposure to private equity and finance work would be highly advantageous.
