Insolvency Solicitor
As part of a litigation department a 5+ PQE Insolvency Solicitor is required the grow and develop the team further and is expected to have excellent contacts with practitioners, organisations and businesses. The role will be working in a busy private practice based in their Buckinghamshire office.
The Firm
Employing over 40 staff this private practice offers a comprehensive legal service to business clients throughout the region and UK. The litigation team are well represented in the legal directories and have a very good reputation for delivering high quality legal advice.
The Role
The Insolvency Solicitor will be required to assist in developing the Insolvency team by way of business development, utilisation of your own portable case load and working closely with internal departments. The work will be varied and may involve contentious and non contentious insolvency matters such as restructures, recovery, administrations, insolvency, securities, director disqualifications and advising on distressed businesses.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with a portable caseload and 5 years post qualification experience. Proven business development and excellent contacts.
Salary dependent upon experience.
