Recoveries Paralegal | Liverpool
Our client an International Top 50 defendant legal firm who are market leaders on the UK insurance market. Are now looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal into their specialist Recovery team within their Liverpool Office.
The successful Recoveries Paralegal will be based in the Specialist Recovery Team and will handle all subrogated insurance claims, including Liability disputes, Occupier's liability claims, first party fraud, indemnity withdrawal, contribution claims and CPR 25 Payments.
As an experienced Recoveries Paralegal, you will have the ability to work well within a team as well as on your own initiative, be confident liaising closely with more senior Fee Earners and clients. You will also have a strong work ethic and be able to meet deadlines effectively in addition to using the case management systems.
