My client is a leading Legal 200 ranked law firm based in Winchester, which is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a successful department in this critical hire.
You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (4+ years PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
