Commercial Property Solicitor - Skipton - Salary Negotiable
My client is a leading law firm who are award winning, and Law Society accredited with multiple offices throughout the region. They are looking to expand their property division with an experienced Commercial Property lawyer.
The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files.
- Acquisitions, Disposals, and leases of all Commercial Property
- Residential & Commercial Development
- Converts and title matters.
- Sales and Purchases of Businesses
- Leasehold Enfranchisement
- All Ancillary head of property work such as planning and forfeiture.
The Candidate
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer and will have managed a caseload of you own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will be expected to take an active role in Networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships.
